Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet arriving and departing guests, providing a welcoming and courteous experience.
  • Operate a car lift with precision and safety, ensuring the security of vehicles and company property.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management, demonstrating kindness, empathy, and patience.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, prioritizing their satisfaction and comfort.
  • Work cohesively with the team to maintain a high level of service and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Driver's license for 4 years or more.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, excellent driving record, and pass a background and DMV check.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with English language proficiency.
  • Smart mobile phone with access to internet and email.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to run or jog to work assignments.
  • Stand for long periods of time (56 hours).
  • Bend, squat, lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds (signs, podium, wheelchairs, etc).
  • Work in all weather conditions (heat, wind, rain).
  • Manual transmission experience preferred but not required.
Grooming Standards:
  • No visible tattoos (must be covered with clothing, sweatbands, or Band-Aids).
  • Hair to be clean and well-groomed.
Essential Skills:
  • Responsible, safe, and conscientious driver, ensuring security of vehicles and company property.
  • Ability to communicate with kindness, empathy, and patience.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and make good judgments.
  • Ability to maintain concentration under all driving conditions.
  • Ability to use a car lift.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client/company information.
  • Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work cohesively with coworkers as part of a team.
