Success in this role hinges on the ability to engage with clients through various communication channels to facilitate product support and sales transactions. The SAE will prioritize outreach to clients who are currently unassigned or inadequately served.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional sales experience for every client, fostering interactions that build strong relationships and customer loyalty.
  • Remain informed about the latest products and market trends.
  • Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.
  • Streamline the equipment rental process for clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management as necessary.
