Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare precise project estimates based on architectural plans and specifications.
  • Monitor and document bids throughout the sales cycle.
  • Compile comprehensive submittal packages.
  • Engage with clients, sales representatives, and internal staff.
  • Offer assistance to customers.
  • Provide guidance on equipment selection.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Plumbing or HVAC sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience in plan/spec or estimating roles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
