Position Summary

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our teams and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage monthly profit and loss statements along with balance sheet activities.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of the general ledger and balance sheet.
  • Address and resolve various accounting and reconciliation challenges.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including fiscal close and audit documentation.
  • Handle daily deposits and prepare credit card and cash reports.
  • Implement and oversee inventory and cost control measures.
  • Supervise payroll and human resources functions.
  • Engage in special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in accounting within the food service or retail sectors is essential; operational experience in food service is advantageous.
  • Proficient in preparing financial statements, key performance reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills, capable of managing complex processes.
  • Familiarity with sales analysis and reporting is a plus.
  • Experience with point of sale systems and cash management is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adept at juggling multiple priorities and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
