Lead a Dynamic Team of Veterinary Professionals

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our Midtown, NY location. As a leader in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for motivating, engaging, and training a team of veterinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge.
  • Coach team members to be proactive in anticipating and addressing patient and client needs.
  • Organize training schedules for Technician staff and work with hospital leadership to plan tech and assistant meetings.
  • Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
  • Provide feedback and work to develop performance improvement plans.
