At Peterson, we are seeking an experienced New and Used Bus Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for soliciting commercial bus sales business from assigned accounts and/or through personal and phone contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present sales proposals, bids, and request for proposals (RFPs) for customers.
  • Have current product knowledge on features and benefits of all truck offerings.
  • Manage interdepartmental activities throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain and apply current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used equipment.
  • Coordinate service work with the service department.
  • Continually gather information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate within the region; communicate information to management and others as needed.
Requirements:
  • An understanding of the new and used Diesel truck market, service and parts operation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
