Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, in addition to educational qualifications.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing a full-service repair facility.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fundamental understanding of brass, woodwind, percussion, and orchestral instruments.
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining records and calculations.
