Key Responsibilities

  • Complete the formal training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of our services.
  • Provide accurate and efficient assistance to customers, insurance companies, and vendors.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding collision repairs and assist in scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients.
  • Be receptive to coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and work diligently to resolve them.
  • Utilize designated tools to address inquiries effectively.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in performance and service quality.
  • Handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Adhere to the assigned work schedule and maintain acceptable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of six months experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Strong team player with a professional attitude and work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and computer navigation.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Flexibility to work rotating Saturdays and varied schedules.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous but not mandatory.
