Job Summary

As a seasoned Inside Client Manager - SLED, you will play a pivotal role in managing the sales operations process for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and set up new SLED customers, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in SLED contracts, including state/local contracts, ERate, and NASPO, to provide informed guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with account managers to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Partner with the SLED contracts team to ensure compliance with public sector contract vehicle requirements, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient process.
  • Attend customer meetings to strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and close projects effectively.
  • Delegate customer report requests, run-rate quotes, and orders to internal resources, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain Salesforce account data integrity, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects to build Bills of Materials that meet customer requirements, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Generate accurate quotes for solution business, leveraging expertise in IT infrastructure and solutions.
  • Conduct forecasting and prospecting for run-rate business, identifying future financial trends and opportunities.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the customer base, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Manage the registration process to secure the best pricing for both Presidio and customers, collaborating with account managers and the Deals Desk.
  • Partner with vendors to source quotes quickly and accurately, maintaining awareness of promotions and pricing programs.
Requirements
  • Experience working with SLED customers and accounts, with a strong understanding of ERate and NASPO tools.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space, with advanced expertise in Microsoft software applications.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on continuous service orientation and a drive for achievement and excellence.
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization, with a flexible schedule to assist in resolving high-priority issues during peak periods.
