Avionics FPGA Verification Engineer III

At Blue Origin, we're pushing the boundaries of space exploration and development. As an Avionics FPGA Verification Engineer III, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our New Glenn orbital launch vehicle.
This role requires a strong background in digital design verification, with experience in FPGA-based systems and avionics. You'll work closely with our design team to develop and implement verification approaches, using SystemVerilog UVM to create testbenches and test cases. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality will be essential in this position.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement verification approaches for FPGA-based avionics systems
- Work with the design team to create testbenches and test cases using SystemVerilog UVM
- Participate in reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of avionics systems
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field with a digital design focus
- 5+ years of experience in FPGA/ASIC design and verification
- 3+ years of experience with UVM-based verification
- Full product life cycle development experience, from requirements development to final release
- Ability to maintain positive, professional relationships and work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with DO-254 and/or other development assurance guidelines
- Experience with fault-tolerant, high-reliability, safety-critical, robust, radiation-tolerant FPGA-based solution development for space-based avionics systems
- Familiarity with MPSoCs, AMBA protocols, Xilinx, SmartFusion2
- Experience with Questasim, Synopsys, Vivado, Libero
Compensation Range: $125,400.00-$175,560.00
