Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Relocation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional relocation experiences to our clients and their employees. This role requires a high level of expertise in managing relocation processes, providing personalized support, and ensuring seamless integration into new locations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with relocating employees, offering expert knowledge of local areas and providing guidance on housing, education, and other essential aspects of relocation
* Conduct thorough research and deliver customized information and recommendations to meet individual needs
* Create detailed area tours and client reports using Microsoft Office or GSuite products
* Collaborate with clients to discuss relocation-related issues and develop tailored solutions
* Manage multiple relocation projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Requirements:
* Must have the legal right to work in the USA
* Extensive knowledge of local real estate markets, education systems, and local registrations
* Proven experience in relocation or related fields, with a focus on customer service and project management
* Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends as needed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
* Proficiency in technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, and CRM systems

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $27.13 - $29.33 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
