This is a full-time role, requiring 37 hours per week, with availability needed during business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls within established service standards.
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers while safeguarding their financial information.
• Acquire knowledge of all bank products and services to identify sales opportunities and retain customers.
• Process requests for new ATM/Debit cards and handle existing card inquiries.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act.

• Master the 8-step process for discussing bank products with customers.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage a high volume of correspondence and customer interactions.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills.

Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity with Foothills Bank products and procedures.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of banking systems.
• Previous experience in a call center environment.
