We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Assistant.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of construction sites.
  • Operate various equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload construction materials, pipe, and equipment.
  • Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel using hand and power tools.
  • Remove, fill, or compact earth as needed.
  • Work safely around heavy equipment and people at all times.
  • Perform clean-up tasks in connection with the work.
  • Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Move from job to job as projects progress.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Display a willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Possess a strong sense of personal responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
