Job Title: Site Development Specialist - Hotel and Retail Renovation Expert

About the Opportunity:
We are a national general contractor specializing in renovations, conversions, and rebrands of retail stores, restaurants, and hotels nationwide. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on partnering with repeat customers across the US and maintaining licenses to work in nearly every state.

Key Responsibilities:
This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Site Development Specialist to lead construction projects from start to finish. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee all aspects of project development, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in renovation, rebranding, or conversion construction projects
  • Proven track record in managing travel-heavy/road warrior positions
  • Valid Driver's License and clean background check
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering
  • Experience in hotel renovation, rebrands, or conversions
  • Proficiency in Sage, Timberline, MS Project
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly desired

Compensation: $75,000 to $130,000 (base salary) - DOE, flexible
