Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of pizza makers and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality pizzas. You'll be the face of MOD Pizza, embodying our values and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate MOD Pizza's values and behaviors, setting the tone for a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Team Management: Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support to ensure they're equipped to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer receives exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety, ensuring that our restaurant meets MOD Pizza's standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with your team, management, and customers, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with a focus on employee growth and development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, and customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
