Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our high standards of food quality and presentation are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of high-volume culinary management experience
  • Strong cooking from scratch ability
  • Ability to train, develop, and coach a group of talented people
  • Strong guest service and culinary background
  • Basic English/Spanish communication skills
