Role Overview
Hildebrand, a renowned organization dedicated to housing families experiencing homelessness in greater Boston, is seeking a skilled Stabilization Case Manager. This critical position involves supporting families transitioning from the Hildebrand Emergency Shelter, ensuring their stability and self-sufficiency over a 24-month period. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in Haitian Creole, and have experience in case management, housing search, or related work with homeless or low-income families.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree, preferably a Bachelor's degree, and at least 3-4 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered. They must be proficient in MS Word, computer literate, and familiar with various software programs necessary for reporting requirements. CPR/SFA certification within 30 days of hire is mandatory. Additional qualifications include the ability to ambulate stairs unassisted for home visits and proficiency in using a personal vehicle or public transportation efficiently.

We estimate this role to pay around $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, considering the salary range for similar positions in the area.
