Job Title: Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team at Maven. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-impact technical products that align with our company's goals and the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for our healthcare products.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and development to successful product launch and post-launch support.
  • Translate healthcare industry requirements and customer needs into detailed technical specifications for our engineering teams.
  • Work closely with vendor service providers to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Prioritize features and development tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the product's performance and drive continuous improvements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Ensure that product releases are timely, high-quality, and aligned with our company's growth and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical or software products.
  • Strong technical experience, preferably as a programmer in the past.
  • Experience within the healthcare or medical field and supported being compliant with HIPAA requirements such as Medicaid and Medicare.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven track record of managing complex products, ideally within the healthcare or medical technology sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering customer-centric healthcare solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a must.
