Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering high-quality software products that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for edge software development, aligning with the company's goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most valuable features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on product goals.
  • Lead sprint planning sessions, defining clear and achievable goals for each sprint and ensuring the team has a well-defined backlog.
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that features are well-defined and understood by the development team.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Scrum team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the team by identifying and implementing process enhancements and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring that the product meets quality standards and delivery timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a SAFe environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
  • Experience with edge computing and software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or similar certification.
  • Experience with enterprise software development programs.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
