Technical Product Owner - Energy Management

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to join our Digital Power organization, focusing on energy management and automation software, as well as hardware products that support the Digital Power business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage requirements development and analysis activities by working with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, QA analysts, and internal/external customers.
  • Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements, collaborating with Architects and Developers to estimate project impact.
  • Work with Offer Technical Lead to support the development of project plans, schedules, and resource needs.
  • Support squads on work decomposition, sequencing, and effort sizing.
  • Ensure that risks are identified and communicated, along with created actions for mitigation.
  • Lead development team during design specification creation (Definition of Done).
  • Utilize customer knowledge of power management systems to ensure consistent feature development across market segments such as Data Center, Industrial, and Healthcare.
  • Leverage Agile framework and mindset in offer creation process.
  • Document detailed functional & non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineer, or equivalent degree.
  • 5+ years of working knowledge within the energy and power management domain.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of various software systems, databases, and programming languages.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and execute projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to negotiate between stakeholders and team members to reach a consensus.
  • Proven leadership skills in team building, influencing without authority, and vision setting.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
