We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to join our Digital Power organization, focusing on energy management and automation software, as well as hardware products that support the Digital Power business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage requirements development and analysis activities by working with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, QA analysts, and internal/external customers.
- Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements, collaborating with Architects and Developers to estimate project impact.
- Work with Offer Technical Lead to support the development of project plans, schedules, and resource needs.
- Support squads on work decomposition, sequencing, and effort sizing.
- Ensure that risks are identified and communicated, along with created actions for mitigation.
- Lead development team during design specification creation (Definition of Done).
- Utilize customer knowledge of power management systems to ensure consistent feature development across market segments such as Data Center, Industrial, and Healthcare.
- Leverage Agile framework and mindset in offer creation process.
- Document detailed functional & non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
- Bachelor's Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineer, or equivalent degree.
- 5+ years of working knowledge within the energy and power management domain.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of various software systems, databases, and programming languages.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to negotiate between stakeholders and team members to reach a consensus.
- Proven leadership skills in team building, influencing without authority, and vision setting.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
