We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our Office Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial real estate portfolios and leading high-performing teams. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a small portfolio of office properties and/or working alongside the General Manager to assist in managing a larger portfolio

• Preparing financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and engaging with tenants to ensure exceptional customer service

• Creating strategic and collaborative solutions to drive business growth and results

• Embracing the human side of business by managing client and vendor relationships, resolving conflicts, and developing client relationships

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

• CA real estate license preferred

• Minimum of three (3) years of commercial real estate or property management experience required

• Experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other financial reports required

• Experience using property management accounting platforms, such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI required

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, clients, tenants, vendors, peers, and the public
