Position Summary

We are in search of a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role involves collaborating closely with the project management team on new client implementations, technology upgrades, and various internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to taking on diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities (on-site)

  • Work alongside Project Management & Implementation teams, providing assistance on all assigned projects.
  • Utilize NetSuite, Jira, and Smartsheet to create necessary implementation requests.
  • Track and report on shipments and logistics for all implementations.
  • Participate in project meetings to establish customer deliverables, gather timelines, and update project statuses.
  • Collaborate with Ziosk Development and Engineering teams to monitor requirements and deadlines.
  • Engage with internal sales and account teams to clarify project specifications.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to internal Ziosk teams.
  • Maintain essential project documentation for both internal and client-facing purposes.
  • Oversee the master implementation calendar and manage project schedules.
  • Organize meetings, attend as necessary, and manage meeting documentation.
  • Support colleagues with project management tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in managing timelines, organizing project tasks, and developing action plans.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with urgency.
  • Willingness to document work efforts and project statuses consistently.
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools is advantageous.
  • Basic technical knowledge of restaurant technology is a plus.
