About the Role

Cayuga Centers is seeking a skilled Clinician to join our innovative Children and Family Treatment and Support Services team. As a member of our team, you will provide therapy, counseling, and coaching services to children and families in their homes and communities. Your goal will be to help them achieve stability and improvement in daily living and family and interpersonal relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions and modalities in your practice.
  • Develop and apply your clinical assessment and evaluation skills.
  • Establish a leadership role within the team as the clinical guide to treatment planning.
  • Provide therapeutic case management and support in helping children and families respond to crises.
  • Utilize a strengths-based and trauma-informed practice to help families work through identified issues.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Licensed Clinicians or those with a Limited Permit preferred.
  • Experience working with children and families in a community-based or in-home setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • A strong belief in the capacity of people to grow and change.
