About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injury, illness, or surgery, and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in their homes or facilities
  • Develop and review treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Administer and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide therapeutic treatments to address speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders
  • Provide instruction and training to patients on alternative communication systems, and counsel patients, families, and healthcare staff on communication strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports as required by the company and facility
Requirements
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
  • Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist/speech-language pathologist
  • Home Health experience a plus
