  • Reputation Management: Manage and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google and Yelp. Develop strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and enhance the company's reputation.
  • Crisis Communication: Assist in crisis communication during natural disasters by ensuring timely digital updates across all channels.
  • Visual Content Creation: Develop visual marketing assets such as infographics and brochures, ensuring branding consistency across all materials.
  • Lead Nurturing & Retention: Implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel and retain customers through follow-ups and exclusive offers.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
