Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Ambassador to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Prepare and serve food samples to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
