About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Ambassador at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our high-quality products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including fresh produce, natural meats, and bulk goods.
  • Effectively communicate product information and features to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals, promote events, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Intermediate level computer skills, with experience using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.
