Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Ambassador to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to share product knowledge and promote sales
  • Prepare and serve food samples using cooking equipment and follow strict food safety guidelines
  • Cut and sample produce and grocery products to showcase their quality and features
  • Achieve sales goals by suggesting products to customers and encouraging them to try new items
  • Coordinate event activities, including setup, takedown, and communication with department managers
  • Maintain program-specific equipment and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High energy and passion for Sprouts products
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and customers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow cooking directions and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or event planning
