Job Summary:

The Guest Services Ambassador plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience at our hotel. As the primary point of contact, they are responsible for providing warm and welcoming interactions with guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Relations: Engage with guests to understand their needs, provide assistance, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Operations: Conduct daily inspections of studios and public spaces to maintain brand standards, respond to emergencies, and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Sales & Revenue: Execute lead management processes, complete sales and marketing objectives, and maintain effective sales of ancillary offerings to maximize revenue.
Additional Duties:
  • Perform laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding of company linen and terry.
  • Cross-train on non-management staff duties and perform them as needed or requested by supervision.

This role requires a high level of flexibility, with GSA's expected to stay on site for their entire shift until relieved. A paid 30-minute meal break is provided, and the GSA is expected to take it as available.
