  • Proven success in identifying and quantifying opportunities for improvement
  • Able to easily establish trust-based relationships with team members and internal customers
  • Able to lead and take ownership of major transformation projects, coordinating across multiple teams within the organization
  • Demonstrated success in quality management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Extremely organized and attentive to detail
  • Armed with excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
  • Can analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources to develop and communicate complex information orally and in written format in a clear manner
  • Coaching and mentoring of individuals and operational teams
  • Demonstrates excellent facilitation skills across broad audiences both in size and background
  • Experience interacting with and forming relationships with diverse cultures
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically 20% of the time
  • BS/BA in related field or advanced degree. On job experience and process accreditation will be considered as a substitute
