Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Transformation: Execute high-impact process improvement projects to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance safety.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with site leadership to develop multi-year plans and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Foster a Lean Culture: Coach employees at all levels on Lean principles and create a highly effective daily management process using tools like one-piece flow, zero defects, and standardized work.
  • Engage and Empower: Lead workshops and projects to involve employees at every level, creating ownership and accountability for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver Financial Results: Drive cost-saving initiatives with clear, measurable financial outcomes within defined timeframes.
  • Develop Leaders: Mentor frontline supervisors to become change agents, enhancing their leadership and change management skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations or Lean/CI roles.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous process improvement.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
