Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented pharmacist to support our Inpatient Pharmacy Department. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving patient outcomes and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality care.

About the Role:
As a Clinical Pharmacist on our team, you will:
  • Assess medication therapy plans and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication usage

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and be licensed as a pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure. Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
