Job Description

Penn Medicine is seeking a skilled Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. This full-time role involves working in a fast-paced hospital environment, providing pharmaceutical care to patients and contributing to the overall mission of Penn Medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and dispensing of medications according to established protocols
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to drug information requests from healthcare providers and patients
  • Ensuring continuity of pharmaceutical care across acute and ambulatory settings
Required Qualifications
  • Current pharmacist license in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
  • PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or 2 years of practice experience (preferred)
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000-$130,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition assistance and educational fund reimbursement.
