Job Title: Resident Services Director

Columbia Cottage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Services Director to oversee the clinical operations at our assisted living cottage in Palmyra, PA. As a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) with managerial experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and work independently. You will be responsible for managing schedules, requisitioning supplies, maintaining medical records, and implementing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical operations of the assisted living cottage
  • Manage schedules and requisition supplies
  • Maintain medical records and implement policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the managing director and other team members to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Take initiative and work independently to address concerns and issues

Requirements:

  • Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Certified in CPR and first aid
  • 2+ years of managerial experience in geriatrics

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position that works Monday - Friday with some on-call responsibilities.
