As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing, monitoring, and evaluating our compliance and privacy programs to ensure enterprise performance and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance and privacy programs to maintain and enhance enterprise performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, including states and clients
  • Implement risk-based compliance testing of existing procedures and controls to identify, detect, and correct non-compliance
  • Evaluate and implement changes to compliance procedures due to new or amended regulations
  • Deliver communications and training initiatives to inform stakeholders about compliance requirements
  • Protect client policyholder information in compliance with federal and state laws and healthcare organization information privacy practices
Requirements
  • Demonstrated organization, facilitation, clear communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus

  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience developing, measuring, and reporting performance of programs, including project management skills
  • Experience with internal and external audits, consumer complaints, state licensing, and reporting
  • Experience and knowledge of compliance training and awareness, and sanctions
  • Knowledge and experience in information privacy laws, access, release of information, and release control technologies
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and understanding of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable federal regulations and laws affecting the management of confidential protected health information
