Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

As a Full Time Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately perform high-volume customer banking transactions, and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Process a variety of customer interactions, including educating customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
- Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
Requirements
- Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
