Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Body Treatment Specialist to join our team at Viejas Casino & Resort. As a key member of our wellness services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and body treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality massages and body services that meet the established guidelines and exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on all spa services offered.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each guest.
  • Assess contraindications and take necessary precautions to ensure guest safety.
  • Clean and disinfect equipment daily, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in massage therapy or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
