**Job Description**
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as scheduling appointments, screening calls, and preparing reports to ensure that our facility operates smoothly and efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Screen calls and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare reports and maintain records.
- Assist with HR functions and maintain employee records.
**Requirements**
- High School Diploma AND three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in developing purchasing documents and/or coordinating of administrative duties and tasks;
- Or Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or certified foreign studies equivalency in business administration or closely related field AND one (1) year of progressively responsible experience in developing purchasing documents and/or coordinating of administrative duties and tasks.
