Job Title: CNC Precision Grinder

We are seeking a skilled CNC Precision Grinder to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a CNC Precision Grinder, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC or manual grinders to perform various grinding operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work from blueprints, process sheets, and tooling instructions to identify component specifications
  • Efficiently set up, adjust, and operate 2 different grinding machines within the department
  • Verify conformance of machined work-pieces to specifications using gauges and related measuring devices
  • Inspect own work for correct dimensions and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Compute data such as dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times, and may operate multiple machines as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in machine setup and operating precision grinding machines
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift
