Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Precision Grinder III to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our Aerospace and Defense division, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC and manual grinders to perform a series of grinding operations on precision mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC and manual grinders to grind components to precise specifications.
  • Verify conformance of machined work-pieces to specifications using gauges and measuring devices.
  • Inspect own work for correct dimensions and ensure company quality and quantity standards are maintained.
  • Compute data such as dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in grinding machine operation, preferably with CNC and manual grinders.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions in English.
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Physical demand to insert tooling, set up work centers, inspect work pieces, and make machine adjustments.
