Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grinding Machine Operator to join our Aerospace and Defense team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC and manual grinders to perform a series of grinding operations on precision mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC and manual grinders to perform grinding operations on precision mechanical components
  • Follow quality and safety rules to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Inspect workpieces for conformance to specifications using gauges and measuring devices
  • Compute data such as dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in grinding machine operation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in machine setup and operation
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Previous experience reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions in English
