Job Description

Buff City Soap Franchise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high-energy, positive environment that consistently demonstrates client-centric service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Monitor and manage daily store operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a professional and impeccably clean store environment.
  • Team Leadership: Establish clear goals and objectives for team members, provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve daily performance, and manage and track stock of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
  • Sales and Revenue: Assist the Store Manager in controlling top-line revenue and expenses, generate sales reports, and maintain inventory and production.
  • Client Experience: Create a client-centric experience, meet personal sales expectations, and maintain a high level of quality in products and services.
Requirements:
  • Education: College education preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Management and/or sales experience preferred, with skilled trainer, motivator, and leadership qualities desired.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances, dexterity of hands and fingers, ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs, and ability to perform store cleaning functions.
