  • Train and motivate store employees to meet business needs.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • College degree preferred.
  • 5 years experience supervising multi-unit operations.
  • Available on-call 24/7 with flexible schedule.
  • Excellent communication and accounting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
  • Strong people skills and problem-solving abilities.
