Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality assurance processes for various e-commerce platforms, including consumer, seller, creator, and SaaS backend. Develop comprehensive testing strategies based on requirements and technical specifications, ensuring that testing quality and timelines are met across Android, iOS, Frontend, and Server environments.
Handle specialized testing methodologies such as server-side automation, stress testing, asset protection, and change management.
Establish or enhance a robust quality testing framework by integrating relevant technologies that align with business needs to elevate e-commerce quality.
Engage in the product development lifecycle by collaborating closely with production and research teams to foster a culture of quality, implement processes, and utilize effective tools.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate both online and offline quality issues, striving for ongoing improvements in system quality.
To promote collaboration and cross-functional teamwork, our organization currently follows a hybrid work model that requires employees to be present in the office three days a week, or as directed by their supervisor. We regularly assess our hybrid work structure, and specific requirements may be subject to change.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Java/Go).
- Strong understanding of fundamental concepts in networking, databases, and algorithms.
- Experience with server-side automation/UI testing and stress testing.
- Knowledgeable in quality assurance practices and familiar with CI/CD processes.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and capable of demonstrating excellent teamwork abilities. Proactive in identifying, analyzing, and summarizing issues to drive continuous project improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in change management, asset protection, and client performance testing is advantageous. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; this position does not offer visa sponsorship or support.
