Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at The Mice Groups. As a key member of our Quality Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and directing quality engineering efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct quality engineering efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality engineering initiatives
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software products
  • Identify and report defects and issues to development teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement automation testing strategies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior quality engineers and other team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
  • Proven experience in leading and directing quality engineering efforts
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and testing frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and microservices architecture
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium and JMeter
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
