Front Desk Coordinator

As a vital member of Townsquare Media's administrative team, this role demands a welcoming attitude and the capability to adapt and manage multiple tasks. As the initial point of contact, the candidate must excel in engaging with clients, listeners, and visitors, fostering a positive and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and redirect as necessary
  • Record and relay messages
  • Sort and distribute daily correspondence, including accounts receivable and payable
  • Prepare and send invoices as required
  • Utilize PromoSuite software effectively
  • Distribute prizes to contest winners
  • Ensure storeroom is well-stocked and organized
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, lobby, and conference room
  • Assist the team during live events
  • Summarize reports for the sales team
  • Create Excel documents and PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
