Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinic's daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology.
- Provide leadership and foster professional development opportunities for all team members.
- Manage departmental financial planning, including budget preparation and adherence.
- Establish and evaluate programmatic and financial objectives for the department.
- Monitor productivity and ensure departmental goals are met.
- Delegate tasks effectively to support staff and provide regular supervision.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist in professional goal setting for staff.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training and certification requirements.
- Represent the clinic within the community and promote business development initiatives.
- Supervise the recruitment and onboarding of clinic personnel.
- Coordinate the introduction of new programs and services.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
- Maintain a current policy and procedures manual for the clinic.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and recommend necessary resources for clinic operations.
- Participate in training and orientation sessions as needed.
- Fulfill the duties of a licensed therapist when staffing levels require.
- Perform additional responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proven leadership experience with a minimum of two years in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
- At least one year of management experience.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively oversee departmental activities.
- Knowledge of management practices, budgeting, and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in patient assessment and treatment plan development.
- Competence in various computer applications.
- Preferred affiliation with a national professional association.
