Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinic's daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Provide leadership and foster professional development opportunities for all team members.
  • Manage departmental financial planning, including budget preparation and adherence.
  • Establish and evaluate programmatic and financial objectives for the department.
  • Monitor productivity and ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to support staff and provide regular supervision.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and assist in professional goal setting for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training and certification requirements.
  • Represent the clinic within the community and promote business development initiatives.
  • Supervise the recruitment and onboarding of clinic personnel.
  • Coordinate the introduction of new programs and services.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
  • Maintain a current policy and procedures manual for the clinic.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and recommend necessary resources for clinic operations.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven leadership experience with a minimum of two years in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
  • At least one year of management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively oversee departmental activities.
  • Knowledge of management practices, budgeting, and marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with accreditation standards and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in patient assessment and treatment plan development.
  • Competence in various computer applications.
  • Preferred affiliation with a national professional association.
