We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Strategic Programs Technical Project Management office. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in steering the success of various enterprise and product initiatives by managing cross-functional collaborations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while managing cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and progress reports. Proactively identify and address risks to delivery and manage project dependencies.
  • Gather requirements and ensure that plans are well-defined, thoroughly documented, and agreed upon by all relevant stakeholders.
  • Educate and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies, implementing best practices to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Provide regular program updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Timely raise risks, blockers, and competing priorities to the appropriate parties in an organized manner.
  • Facilitate clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, ensuring smooth information flow across different teams and departments.
  • Help establish, nurture, and promote best-practice standards and processes within the Technical Project Management Office (TPMO).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in technical program management within a SaaS/B2B environment, with a proven track record of successful program deliveries.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack) for team management and reporting.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in SaaS application development.
  • Ability to identify underlying issues, influence without formal authority, and foster collaborative team environments.
  • Experience in regularly reporting program status to executive leadership and managing change negotiations.
  • Skilled in orchestrating the efforts of designers, product teams, engineering, and operations simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • PMP and/or PgMP certifications are preferred.
