We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Client Services Specialist to join our team at Penn State Extension. As a Client Services Specialist, you will serve as an ambassador for Penn State Extension in Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne Counties, building strong relationships with stakeholders and identifying local issues and needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with county councils, commissioners, and other key stakeholders in the area.
- Stay current on Penn State Extension products, expertise, and services, and effectively communicate their value and impact to stakeholders.
- Support college and state advocacy efforts administered through the College Relations Office.
- Provide strategic leadership, meeting management, and administrative support to county councils within the area.
- Work closely with the BOM in the assigned Area to positively represent Penn State Extension.
- Associate's degree and two or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check.
- A competitive salary range of $61,089.60.
- A flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work.
