POSITION: CULINARY PREPARATION SPECIALIST

Our Culinary Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly by preparing their stations with the necessary tools and ingredients. We are in search of individuals who are dedicated to quality, consistency, and precision while maintaining a clean and organized workspace that meets our culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a diverse range of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using various kitchen equipment in accordance with standardized recipes.
  • Utilize all required tools and equipment safely and effectively, including knives.
  • Adhere to portion control and par level guidelines.
  • Maintain high food safety and quality standards.
  • Accurately read and interpret thermometer readings.
  • Communicate any food delays or issues promptly to the Line Chef.
  • Track menu item counts and inform management and service staff when quantities fall below specified minimums.
  • Ensure accurate accounting of all items processed from the station.
  • Understand and follow procedures for food allergies and special orders.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and work effectively with team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
